a little about me…
Hi, I’m Jenn.
I’m a brand and marketing executive with 15+ years of experience helping consumer-facing brands become more relevant, more craveable, and better positioned for growth.
My career has been built at the intersection of brand strategy, creative leadership, culinary innovation, guest experience, and commercial growth, primarily across hospitality, restaurant, and lifestyle brands.
Today, I serve as Vice President of Marketing for Salad Collective, where I lead enterprise marketing strategy across MAD Greens, Tokyo Joe’s, and Snappy Salads, a 60-location fast casual portfolio based in Colorado.
My work spans brand transformation, loyalty and CRM strategy, customer acquisition, menu innovation, pricing strategy, partnerships, PR, digital modernization, creative direction, and guest experience. I work cross-functionally with culinary, operations, technology, finance, and executive leadership to bring ideas to life in ways that are both creatively compelling and operationally executable.
Most recently, I’ve led the transformation of MAD Greens through a multi-phase reinvention of the brand, including elevated culinary strategy, a reimagined guest experience, digital modernization, refreshed creative, and an 80% menu transformation in partnership with The Culinary Edge.
Throughout my career, I’ve been especially energized by moments of reinvention like rebrands, repositioning, modernization, and helping brands rediscover relevance with consumers.
I’ve led marketing across independent hospitality groups, regional restaurant brands, and national concepts, and I’m known for balancing creative instinct with commercial thinking, building strong teams, and creating cultures where great ideas can actually happen.
I’ve been recognized as a Top 35 Restaurant Marketing Movers & Shakers honoree, a QSR Young Restaurant Leader, and have contributed to conversations around restaurant leadership, brand strategy, and growth through industry panels, podcasts, and speaking engagements.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me in the mountains, exploring restaurants, skiing, hosting friends, or finding inspiration through travel, food, design, and culture.
